1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the website.
2. Products and Services
Digital Products: Keyversely LLC sells digital software license keys for Microsoft products, including Windows, Office, and Server editions.
Instant Delivery: All products are delivered digitally via email. Physical shipping is not provided. We strive for accuracy, but reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors.
3. Orders and Payment
Payments are accepted via Stripe and PayPal. We do not store full payment information on our servers. After successful payment, an order confirmation will be sent via email.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available for unused, non-activated license keys within 30 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable: Activated keys, promotional keys, or bundle keys are non-refundable. Once a digital key is delivered, cancellation is not possible.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on this website are the property of Keyversely LLC or its licensors. Reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Buffalo, WY.
