At Keyversely LLC, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your software purchase. Because we deal with digital products (Product Keys), our return process is designed to be simple, transparent, and compliant with global consumer standards.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your digital product key via email to request a return or a refund.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the situation must meet one of these criteria:
- The product key has not been activated.
- The key is verified as faulty by our team.
- You received the wrong product.
3. Return Method
While our GMC profile lists “By Post,” all returns are handled entirely via Email. Contact us at support@keyversely.com to start the process. No physical shipping is required.
4. Refund Timeframe
Once approved, your refund is sent back to your original payment method. Most refunds appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days.
No Restocking Fees & No Shipping Costs
Keyversely LLC does not charge restocking fees. Since our products are delivered via Electronic Software Delivery (ESD), there are zero shipping costs for the initial delivery or the return process.
