General Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Agreement

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries, and services provided by Keyversely LLC (hereinafter “the Seller”) via the online store located at keyversely.com. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Electronic Software Delivery (ESD)

Keyversely LLC specializes in digital fulfillment. No physical media (discs, USBs, or boxes) will be shipped. Delivery is performed by sending the product activation key and official download instructions to the email address provided by the customer during checkout.

Delivery is considered complete and fulfilled at the moment the digital data is transmitted to the customer’s mail server.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. A binding contract is only concluded when the Seller sends a confirmation email containing the digital license key to the customer.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Products)

In accordance with international consumer laws for digital content, the customer’s right to withdraw from the contract expires as soon as the digital fulfillment has begun. By purchasing, the customer expressly consents to the immediate execution of the contract and acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once the product key has been delivered via email.

5. Licenses and Usage Rights

All software remains the intellectual property of the respective manufacturer (e.g., Microsoft). The customer is granted a permanent, non-exclusive right to use the software. Keyversely LLC guarantees the legality of the licenses provided under the “First Sale Doctrine” and relevant BGH case law (I ZR 129/08).

6. Technical Support & Warranty

The Seller warrants that the provided product key is valid for activation of the specified software. If an activation error occurs (e.g., TOKEN_NOT_FOUND), Keyversely LLC will provide technical support to resolve the issue or provide a replacement key if the error is verified. The Seller is not liable for hardware incompatibility or software conflicts caused by the customer’s environment.

7. Prices and Payment

All prices are final. Payment must be made in full before the digital key is released. We accept major credit cards via Stripe and PayPal. The product remains the property of the Seller until full payment is confirmed.

8. Final Provisions

The laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, shall apply. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
