What is ESD and how does it work?

ESD stands for Electronic Software Delivery. Instead of waiting for a box, you receive a digital activation code and a download link via email instantly after payment. It is faster, cheaper, and more eco-friendly.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery is typically instant (1-10 minutes). If you haven’t received your code after 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact support@keyversely.com.

I paid via bank transfer/Stripe, but no product yet?

Direct bank transfers can take 1-3 business days to clear. Stripe and PayPal are usually instant. We fulfill the order the second the funds are confirmed.

Error: TOKEN_NOT_FOUND or Invalid Key?

This usually means there is a typo or the wrong version of Office/Windows is installed. Ensure you have uninstalled any “Trial” versions before activating. We can provide a CMD script to clear old tokens.

How do I activate via CMD (Console)?

For Office, open CMD as Administrator and navigate to the Office folder, then use the command: cscript ospp.vbs /inpkey:XXXXX-XXXXX (replacing X with your key).

Error: VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing?

This is a Windows system error, not a key error. You need to install the “Visual C++ Redistributable” from the official Microsoft website to fix this.

Is Office 2021/2024 compatible with Mac?

Yes, we offer specific Home & Business versions for Mac. Note that “Professional Plus” is for Windows only. Ensure you choose the correct version for your macOS.

What is the difference between Windows 10/11 Home and S Mode?

S Mode only allows apps from the Microsoft Store. You can “Switch out of S Mode” for free in the Windows Activation settings to install third-party programs.

Why are your prices cheaper than competitors?

As a digital-only Wyoming LLC, we have zero physical overhead. We purchase surplus volume licenses and redistribute them under the First Sale Doctrine, passing the savings directly to you.

Subscription or Lifetime?

Our products (Office 2021, 2024, Windows) are Lifetime Licenses. You pay once; you own it forever. No monthly or annual fees.
