Return Policy
Since we deal with digital software licenses, returns are not applicable in the traditional sense. However, if you encounter any issue with the product you received (such as activation failure or incorrect license), please contact us at support@keyversely.com within 30 days of purchase.
Refund Policy
We offer full or partial refunds in the following cases:
- Invalid or non-working license key (after troubleshooting with our support team).
- Duplicate order made by mistake.
- Product delivered does not match the description.
- Key not received within 24 hours (and customer does not wish to wait further).
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Replacement Policy
If your product key fails to activate, we will first try to resolve the problem or issue you a new replacement key at no extra cost.
